Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Wreckadia (the "app"), published by Halyard Colophon, handles your information. Wreckadia is a casual sandbox game: you pick a disaster, level a small voxel town, and rebuild it. The game itself needs no account and works without a network connection, but the app includes advertising and attribution software that does collect certain data, described below.

By using the app you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

1. Data collected and used to track you

The following data may be collected, linked to your identity, and used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. It is collected by the advertising and attribution SDKs described in section 3, for analytics, app functionality, our own advertising, and third-party advertising.

• Device ID — the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking) and other device-level identifiers.
• Advertising Data — which ads were served, viewed, or tapped.
• User ID — an app-generated or SDK-generated identifier for your installation.
• Product Interaction — how you interact with the app, such as sessions, screens, and in-game actions.
• Coarse Location — approximate location derived from your IP address or region settings (the app never asks for GPS permission).
• Performance Data — launch time, frame rate, memory and similar technical metrics.
• Other Data — other technical fields collected by the advertising networks in the course of serving ads.

2. Data collected but not used to track you

• Crash Data — crash logs and error reports (linked to you; used for analytics and app functionality).
• Other Diagnostic Data — technical diagnostics (not linked to you).
• Other Usage Data — aggregate usage information (not linked to you).
• Customer Support — the contents of any support request you send us (not linked to you).

3. Third-party services

The app integrates the following software development kits (SDKs). Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Adjust (attribution and analytics) — measures installs and in-app events so we can understand where users come from. Adjust Privacy Policy
• AppLovin MAX (advertising mediation) — serves the ads shown in the app and shares the data above with the advertising networks it mediates, which may include Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, Pangle, InMobi, Moloco, Chartboost, BidMachine, Fyber, BIGO Ads and others. 4. App Tracking Transparency

On first launch the app asks for permission to track you, using Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.

• If you allow tracking, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is shared with the SDKs above so that ads can be personalized and attributed.
• If you ask the app not to track, the IDFA is not available to the app or its SDKs. You will still see ads, but they will be less personalized. The app works the same either way.

You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.

5. Data that stays on your device

Your in-app preferences (sound, slow motion, quality, tilt-shift strength, whether you have seen the tutorial) are stored only on your device using standard iOS local storage. They are not part of any category listed above and are never uploaded. Share cards you create are written to the app's cache folder and passed to the iOS share sheet only when you choose to share them; the app does not upload them anywhere. Uninstalling the app removes all of this local data.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below and we will work with our SDK providers to delete it.

7. Data retention and your rights

Data collected by the SDKs above is retained by those providers according to their policies. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, or to object to it. To exercise these rights for data processed on our behalf, email us; for data held by Adjust or AppLovin you may also contact them directly through the links above. Denying tracking in iOS Settings limits future collection of the advertising identifier.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app's functionality or its SDKs change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
